Ellen L. Glickman-Simon, J.D.,
L.L.M.
graduated from Tufts University in 1982, received her law degree from
Northeastern University School of Law in 1987, and her Masters degree
(L.L.M.) in tax law from Boston University School of Law in
1988.
She practiced law in the tax department of a major Boston firm as well
as a suburban business firm before establishing her own office in 1995.
Ellen’s practice is concentrated in the areas of estate and business
planning, tax law, trust and estate administration and planning for
non-profit
organizations. Her clients include individuals in traditional and
non-traditional families, sole proprietorships, family owned
businesses, executors, trustees and non-profit organizations. |

Emily
Teman, Legal Assistant
has been working with Ellen since July 2003. Emily graduated Boston
University with a B.A. in Geography (focusing on Earth Science) and
certification in Secondary Science Education, after which she taught
8th grade Earth Science for four years. Later, Emily earned a
Certificate in Software Technical Writing from Northeastern University
and was a Software Technical Writer (writing user and technical
manuals) for 21 years. Emily now enjoys the detail-oriented work of the
law office and the opportunity to interact with our clients. |
